Before I started making my own jewelery I had a whole jewelery box full
of things I never wore. Some of it was broken and unwearable, and some
of it was just not my taste. I had some pieces from my great
grandmother's that I had inherited that held tremendous sentimental
value but spent their lives in a drawer in my dresser because I did not
like the way they looked.
Remodeling those pieces became the basis for what turned into a career in jewelery making.
I now have a few pieces that still have sentimental attachment, but hey have been rebuilt into pieces I love to wear!
