Returns
All pieces and items on Swirsky Designs are described and pictured as accuracy as possible. Returns can only be accepted if the product is significantly not as described, or contains a manufacturers defect. All returns are by prior consent only. Please contact Swirsky designs within 7 days of receiving your piece to discuss any questions or concerns prior to making a claim.
All returns must be made with tracked and insured postage paid by the customer- which will be reimbursed together with the purchase price should the item clearly fail to meet the description.
It should be noted that to this point there have been no requested returns.
